KX Express Local Delivery caters to individuals, online sellers, and commercial businesses across Cambodia, delivering local parcel pickup, transport, and delivery. Beyond e-commerce fulfillment, it supports inter-branch document transfers, store inventory transfers, customer deliveries, and routine corporate shipping.

Service overview

Enterprises and merchants can schedule pickups online via KX Web App, leveraging batch order imports to upload multiple entries and verify recipient details to avoid errors. Eligible orders enjoy doorstep pickup and Cash-on-Delivery (COD) services, governed by official business terms.

Process

  1. Create Orders via Web App: Log in to KX Web App to create local shipments; use bulk import for batch creation (Note: Local shipping is currently NOT supported on WeChat Mini Program).
  2. Details Entry & Review: Carefully verify recipient names, phone numbers, delivery addresses, parcel details, and COD amounts.
  3. Pickup or Drop-off: Schedule doorstep pickup or drop off parcels at local branches to enter the KX network.
  4. Sorting & Dispatch: Sort by destination zone; Phnom Penh same-day delivery eligible orders enter priority dispatch schedules.
  5. Tracking & COD Remittance: Track status online anytime; COD funds are collected and remitted per official settlement rules.

Notes

  • Coverage Limitations: Doorstep pickup and COD collection services apply only within designated service boundaries and conditions published by KX.
  • Same-Day Delivery Cut-Off: Phnom Penh same-day delivery requires warehouse check-in prior to 12:00 PM and compliance with operational terms.
  • Data Accuracy Responsibility: Senders must ensure precise address and contact details. Re-verify COD amounts to prevent settlement disputes.
  • Exception Handling: Overweight parcels, remote addresses, failed deliveries, and returns are handled per official after-sales policies.

FAQ

Can I submit multiple orders at once?

Yes. Using the bulk order feature on KX Web App, you can import spreadsheets and create multiple shipments simultaneously while reviewing recipient details.

Is doorstep pickup available?

Yes. Pickup is available within designated KX coverage zones subject to active scheduling terms shown on the booking page.

What is COD?

COD stands for Cash-On-Delivery. Our couriers collect payment from the recipient upon delivery and remit the funds according to your agreed settlement cycle.

Are all orders delivered on the same day?

No. Only Phnom Penh intra-city orders entering the warehouse before 12:00 PM meeting receiving criteria are eligible. Other regions or late arrivals follow standard dispatch schedules.

Can I track shipments on the Web App?

Yes. KX Web App provides real-time self-service tracking updates, eliminating the need to wait for manual customer service replies.
