Service overview
Air transport strictly enforces security and declaration standards. Accurately detailing product name, material, usage, and presence of batteries, liquids, powders, or magnetic components before dispatch helps determine the appropriate route and reduce avoidable delays.

Notes
- Estimated Lead Time: Expected 1–3 days to Phnom Penh, calculated from the day following dispatch from Guangzhou warehouse. This is an estimate subject to flights, weather, holidays, and customs inspections; not a guaranteed deadline.
- Chargeable Weight Rules: Parcels are weighed, measured, and inspected according to air channel rules. Chargeable weight determination follows official KX rules.

FAQ
Is Air Freight always faster than Land Freight?
Mainline air transport is generally faster, but individual shipment speeds depend on flight timing, security checks, customs clearance, and local delivery. Air freight is not guaranteed to be faster for every shipment.
Why do bulky but light items require precise dimension verification?
Bulky, lightweight items (volumetric cargo) occupy valuable aircraft cargo space. Providing accurate dimensions and weight ensures precise channel matching and billing.
Can battery-operated items be shipped by air?
Acceptance depends on battery type, installation state, capacity, and route regulations. Please consult customer service with complete product specifications prior to shipping.
